The benefits of post-natal massage

Post-natal massage soothes sore muscles, boosts blood circulation, and reduces stress hormones. It has also been shown to increase the lactation hormone, prolactin, which supports better milk production.

It's incredibly common to experience muscle aches after childbirth, but a post-natal massage can provide much-needed relief and help ease your pain.

Recovering after the birth

Women need to heal and recover, emotionally and physically, after the birth. The exhaustion, overload, pain, and all-round discomfort can be very much helped by simple massage.

You are welcome to come alone or be with your baby, but if you can it would be better to choose baby’s nap time or when the baby can be looked after by someone else, so that we can give you that well deserved, full attention and care. It’s really important to take time to look after yourself.
