Namaste!

I am Sarjana Makepeace, born and raised in Nepal. My journey has taken me from Nepal to Japan for further education and finally to Bath, UK, where I now live with my family.

My interest in massage began in my childhood, inspired by the traditional practices in Nepal where pregnant women and new mothers receive regular massages from family members or midwives. This cultural practice, focused on healing and care, laid the foundation for my passion.

In Japan, I observed massage as a common practice for relaxation and stress relief, reinforcing my belief in its universal benefits. This exposure motivated me to pursue a career in massage therapy.

After moving to Bath, I decided to formalise my interest and earned an ITEC diploma in body massage. I am also an insured full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and I am dedicated to my practice as a professional massage therapist.

Touch is so important. From a simple handshake to the hug of someone you have dearly missed, touch connects us, binds us. My goal is to help my clients feel better and more connected, spreading care and kindness through every movement.
